Check-in Check-Out Time?

The Check-in time is at 2 P.M and Check-out time is 12 noon.

What are the documents required during Check-In?

For Indian Nationals, any of the Government Approved Photo ID Proof with address like Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID. For Foreign Nationals- Passport and Valid Visa.

What are the hours of operation for Restaurant, Room Service and Bar?

Restaurant – 8 A.M to 10 P.M
Room Service – 6.30 A.M to 10.30 P.M
Bar – Temporarily closed

Is there a wi-fi connection at your resort?

We provide a free wi-fi connection in all areas.

How good is this resort for family?

It is indeed a resort of greenery and great for families with a kids play area. We give utmost importance to guest security, cleanliness and hygiene.

What does Shelter Beach Resorts offer other than Rooms?

We do have day-outing packages and 2 banquet halls for Conference and parties.

Do you allow pets to stay at your hotel?

No, Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

What is the timing for Swimming Pool and Beach access?

Swimming Pool : 7 A.M to 6 P.M
Beach Access : 6 A.M to 10.30 P.M

Do you have high speed internet access at your resort?

High Speed Internet is available in all areas inside the property and it is complimentary

Do you allow bachelor's?

We reserve the right to restrict bachelor(s) or spinster(s) for a room stay.
